新乡市银河机械电器有限公司是一家主要生产生物有机肥设备，TMR饲料搅拌机的公司。银河有机肥发酵罐采取好氧反应，可以处理人畜粪便（动物包括牛粪，羊粪，猪粪，鸡粪等）及餐厨垃圾、秸秆、烂菜、植物的废弃物、污泥等，可广泛用于居民小区、食堂到园林、菜市场、养殖场等场所。可以做到连续操作，并且对环境影响低，生产过程无臭气，系统自动化程度高，动力小，能耗低。能杀灭蛔虫卵及致病菌，并且不受气候影响，做到365天连续操作，给生产厂家和养殖场带来较好的经济效益，发酵罐中常年保持60度到65度高温，持续供氧，保持了好氧反应进行，经过3天72小时的高温反应，反应器内的牛粪内有机质腐熟，同时杀灭各种病菌。制成粉状有机肥，就用于果园用肥、茶园用肥以及蔬菜用肥，这样即能变废为宝，产生可观的经济效益；同时，实现治污。发酵罐将原料在封闭的空间中进行有效的混合，，每吨粪便加入200公斤木屑（或者同等比例的秸秆，园林垃圾等生物质原料)，进行生物发酵。发酵罐集成了传统堆肥的堆槽，发酵，翻堆，出料等工艺，是传统发酵工艺效率的3-4倍，时间缩短5倍，并且不受气温影响，在寒带地区同样可以应用。发酵罐采用20#板材，滚筒板厚14mm，直径2.8*12m，配两台3KW电机。每天生产成品有机肥8-10吨。整套设备占地面积1000平米左右，可以做到当年投资当年收回成本。
